At Lavanya Collections, we're dedicated to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing and Delivery Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur.

Once your order is dispatched, here are the estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 working days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4-6 working days

Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take a bit longer.


Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 999.

For orders below Rs. 999:

  • Shipping within Rajasthan costs Rs. 50.

  • Shipping to the rest of India costs Rs. 80.

You will always see the exact shipping cost at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. We use trusted courier services like Delivery, DTDC, and Tirupati to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery. For any questions about your shipment, please contact us.


Packaging and Safety

Every product is carefully packaged to prevent damage. If your package arrives with visible damage, please record a video of the unboxing. This video is essential for any claims or refunds for damaged products. Please email us at help.lavanyacollections@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8302470352 immediately if there's an issue.


Important Delivery Tips

  • Inspect Before Accepting: Check the package for any signs of tampering before you accept it from the delivery person. If it looks tampered with, you have the right to refuse it to avoid any liability.

  • Record Your Unboxing: We highly recommend you record a video while unboxing your package. This video is your proof in case of any damage or missing items.

  • OTP Security: Be careful! Never share an OTP with a delivery partner unless you have the package in your hands. They might ask for it to mark the delivery as complete, even if you haven't received it, which could lead to your order being canceled.

  • No Cash Payments: Please remember that all payments are handled by us. Do not pay any money to the delivery partner for your order.
