At Lavanya Collections, we're dedicated to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing and Delivery Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur.

Once your order is dispatched, here are the estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 2-4 working days
Non-Metro Cities: 4-6 working days

Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take a bit longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 999.

For orders below Rs. 999:

Shipping within Rajasthan costs Rs. 50.
Shipping to the rest of India costs Rs. 80.

You will always see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. We use trusted courier services like Delivery, DTDC, and Tirupati to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery. For any questions about your shipment, please contact us.

Packaging and Safety

Every product is carefully packaged to prevent damage. If your package arrives with visible damage, please record a video of the unboxing. This video is essential for any claims or refunds for damaged products. Please email us at help.lavanyacollections@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8302470352 immediately if there's an issue.

Important Delivery Tips

Inspect Before Accepting: Check the package for any signs of tampering before you accept it from the delivery person. If it looks tampered with, you have the right to refuse it to avoid any liability.
Record Your Unboxing: We highly recommend you record a video while unboxing your package. This video is your proof in case of any damage or missing items.
OTP Security: Be careful! Never share an OTP with a delivery partner unless you have the package in your hands. They might ask for it to mark the delivery as complete, even if you haven't received it, which could lead to your order being canceled.
No Cash Payments: Please remember that all payments are handled by us. Do not pay any money to the delivery partner for your order.

If you’ve ever felt that stir in your heart—the feeling that you were meant to do something truly extraordinary—then you and I are already connected. My journey didn't start in a fancy showroom; it started with a mother’s love, a 10x10 bedroom, and the courage to start over when everything seemed lost.

Choosing Family, Then Choosing Myself

Before I was a business owner, I was a professional Fashion Designer. I loved the world of style, but just before my marriage, I decided to resign to focus on my new personal life. Soon after, my world changed forever when my daughter, Lavanya, was born.

Being a mom is a gift, but as the months passed, a familiar feeling returned—a quiet regret that I wasn't using my full potential. I knew I could do something better, something extraordinary with my life. I tried to return to my career during the first phase of the pandemic, leaving baby Lavanya with my mother, but the second wave of Covid changed everything. It was too dangerous to be outdoors with a two-year-old. I chose to stay home, but I refused to let my dreams fade.

The "Bedroom" Revolution

With a suggestion from a relative and a simple Facebook account, I took my first "baby steps". I launched my jewellery business from my own bedroom.

It wasn’t easy. Imagine trying to run a national brand from a 10x10 room. Boxes were stacked to the ceiling, thousands of sparkling products surrounded us, and my husband, Vipul, and my mother became my hands and feet. They were the pillars that held me up when I was exhausted from the "sleepless nights" of managing sourcing, packing, and client replies all on my own.

The Secret to Our Growth: Honesty in Pricing

Why did people keep coming back? It’s simple: I value you more than a high profit margin.

I decided early on that I didn't want to sell one product at a 500 Rs. margin.
Instead, I chose to sell 10 products at a tiny 50 Rs. margin.
This made high-quality, royal jewellery affordable for every woman, and word of mouth spread like wildfire.

We grew so much that I finally moved the business from my bedroom into a dedicated room at my in-laws' home. My "Girl Power" gang began to grow as I started hiring girls to help me scale.

Losing Everything—and Finding You

Just as things were perfect, heartbreak struck. Out of nowhere, a Facebook notification appeared. Within 24 hours, despite following every step, my official account was suspended. I lost 10,000 followers and years of hard work in a single day.

I could have quit. But the very next morning, I started again from Ground Zero. And do you know what happened? My amazing customers found me. Your support was unbelievable, and it proved that a community built on trust can never be truly deleted.

Taking One Step Further in this Journey

Now, we have moved into a new home with a beautiful, spacious hall dedicated entirely to our office. I am surrounded by three wonderful staff members—my true Girl Power Gang—who help me bring you not just jewellery, but purses, makeup, Rakhi and Diwali decor.

I am still that same girl who started in a 10x10 room, and I still believe in the same mission: Highly affordable luxury for every woman.
