We are building a platform for the online sale of artificial jewelry, bags, and related products. Some of our products are handmade, while others are sourced from third-party vendors. We have the right to change or discontinue any service at any time without notice, but we guarantee that any existing orders will not be affected.

Products

We sell a variety of products, and all our shipping policies and offers are subject to change.

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. You must provide an unboxing video to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

  • No Cancellations or Returns: We do not offer any order cancellations or returns. All sales are final.

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not accept Cash on Delivery as a payment method.

Pricing

Product pricing will be shown at the time of your purchase. Please be aware that our prices are subject to change without notice and may not be the lowest available.

We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, if there is a mistake in the price or product details, we reserve the right to either contact you for instructions or cancel your order. If your order is canceled after you have made a payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2 working days.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and pin code are correct. We may contact you via phone or email if we have any questions about your address.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days and are typically delivered within 3-7 days, depending on your location. We will provide tracking details to you within 2 days of payment.

Warranty and Claims

We do not handle any product warranty claims. Please refer to the manufacturer’s standard warranty information and usage conditions for each product, if available.
